Yearbook Orders

Plans for the 2016-17 Irving Middle School Yearbook are already underway. Print this order form or sign up to pre-order online.

Student Accounts

Students will now have a single password for their network account, Google Apps Account and FCPS 24/7 Blackboard Account. This change is currently in effect. Any student logging into their Google Apps account or Blackboard account will use the previous year's network password. Password resets will occur at school with the help of a teacher.

Welcome the New Irving Principal


Ms. Cindy Conley will be the Irving Middle School principal as announced today with Dr. Angela Atwater, Region 4 Assistant Superintendent and Mr. Eric Brent, Region 4 Executive Principal. Ms. Conley has been at Irving for 9 years as Assistant Principal and takes over immediately for the new school year.

It's a choice at Irving Middle School. You may Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) and Irving will provide your consumable school supplies OR purchase traditional school supplies as per the following lists.

The Irving Math and English departments have prepared summer assignments to allow students to hone their academic skills and keep their mind sharp while school is out. Please find Reading, English and Math requirements for all rising 7th and 8th Graders.

Our student literary magazine is online and ready for a great sunny afternoon read. Please enjoy all the poems, stories, and beautiful artistic drawings. Students have worked all year to provide this gorgeous online and downloadable magazine. Thank you Ms. Choplin for sponsoring this activity.
